I’m happy to be getting back into the swing of things with my work after not touching my favorite cellphone for a few weeks for being too busy . Participating in events , product launching, meetings, with others has really inspired me to improve my skills every single day. I learn something new each time. =] On that note, my well prepared event is near, im getting soo crazy for the preparations and everything! whew! Enjoy! Anne Love meant everything to her. Supermodel Ruslana Korshunova poured her heart out on the Web in the months leading to her apparent suicide. "Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably," the sandy-haired knockout wrote in a poem that concluded: "And never regret anything that made you smile." The Kazakh beauty wrote that love "blinds," "sets souls afire," and "is always the answer" in emotion-soaked passages posted on a social networking site. Korshunova volleyed between Russian and English in her heartfelt prose, but love was a central theme no matter the language. "Do not confuse love and desire," she wrote in Russian in her most recent posting May 30. "Love is the sun, desire - only flash. Desire dazzles, and the sun gives life." The soulful note warns of the perils of sacrifice. "Love does not take away from one in order to give to another," wrote Korshunova, a 20-year-old thousands of miles from her native Kazakhstan. "Love - this is the essence of life. But you will not give your life to another." Korshunova's most telling message came three months ago: "I'm so lost. Will I ever find myself?" She appeared angry in some postings, brokenhearted in others. "I'm a bitch. I'm a witch. I don't care what you say!!!" she wrote March 11. "I know what it is. I know why my other relationships didn't work out, 'cause I'm unpredictable. Why are you afraid of it?" In January, she wrote, "It hurts, as if someone took a part of me, tore it out, mercilessly stomped all over and threw it out. "My dream is to fly. Oh, my rainbow it is too high," she wrote in a March note. http://www.fashionmodeldirectory.com/models/Ruslana_Korshunova A healthy, balanced diet is key, experts say, but these foods may have an extra punch. Leafy greens: Deep green leafy vegetables are packed with lutein, vitamin A and folate, nutrients that may help prevent colon and ovarian cancer. - Spinach
- Kale
- Collard greens
- Arugula
- Dandelion greens
Curry: Yellow curry contains cur-cumin, a pungent spice that may help prevent melanoma and other types of cancer cells from proliferating. Cruciferous veggies: These contain phytochemicals that may cut the risk of stomach, breast and skin cancers. - Broccoli
- Broccoli sprouts
- Cabbage
- Bok choy
- Cauliflower
- Watercress
- Swiss chard
Berries: These fruits contain antioxidants such as polyphenols, which counteract and repair cell damage. - Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Cranberries
- Red grapes
Tomatoes: Studies suggest that having a tomato-rich diet may help lower the risk of developing both lung and stomach cancer.

So you're in a relationship and your partner starts nagging. She tells you that you just don't understand her, and that she really wishes that you would just do more "little things." It's not the big things that make her happy; it's paying attention to the little details and showing you care that is really meaningful. She doesn't necessarily need lavish gifts -- she needs to know you're thinking about her. Here are some ideas to get you started doing these "little things" she really wants: 1. Rub her feet instead of asking her if she wants you to rub her feet. Make it look like you want to do it. 2. Make her dinner one night. Don't ask her if she wants you to make dinner. Make her dinner before she gets home. 3. Light a candle so that she arrives home to a nice environment instead of coming home to the glaring lights of the television and other things. 4. Send her a text in the middle of the day telling her "I miss your smile from this morning" or "Last night was amazing!" or "The conversation we had last night was great." 5. Send an eCard in the middle of the day... something cute to remind her how much you really care about her. Send an eCard in the middle of the day... something cute to remind her how much you really care about her. 6. If she's going on a business trip, offer to drive her to the airport or pick her up to make her life that much easier. 7. Let her have control of the remote control. Don't monopolize it for a change. Just give it to her and let her actually sit there and enjoying watching one of her shows. Then you can share one of her interests by watching it with her. 8. Offer to iron one of her shirts or take her clothes to the dry cleaner. 9. Clean up the bathroom without being asked. Don't just sit there and ignore the mess around the toilet. If you know it drives her crazy to see water splashed all around the sink, dry that area after you use it. 10. If you work out together, enjoy it with her instead of rushing through your own workout and then not letting her workout at the same time. 11. Take a shower together, then wash her hair, scrub her back, and give her a spa treatment. Do this and enjoy it! 12. The next time she gives you a massage, give her a massage the next day. Offer it! Don't just say you'll give her a massage...do it! 13. Surprise her by making plans. Tell her, "We're going out tonight honey." You can even just go out for a drink or dinner somewhere. It's taking the initiative that's important. 14. Decide on and set aside one night a week as date night. Have a date like when you first started dating. 15. Call her in the middle of the day and just say hello. Don't wait for her to call you. It can be simple to keep her satisfied. It's not necessarily about what you give her financially or what gifts you give her. That's a cop out. It's the little things. The guy who makes the biggest mistake is the one who ignores their significant other then all of a sudden give them an expensive gift to make up for it. That doesn't make up for it at all. | | May 21, 2008 Goin' for work
It was early in the morning 7 am, i saw this kids, caught my attention and ask myself, where are thier parents? its so sad to know that the population of streetkids is growing, our government should focus for this kind of problem than giving attention of Gloria's Macapagal's Scuba diving moment in Bohol.
The Hell, she has all the time to unwind while all of us is suffering from POVERTY! Philippines street kids mostly come from broken or poverty-stricken family backgrounds. =(
It breaks my heart seeing these kids. i wanna cry! how i wish i had millions of cash to help them.
Way back in my hometown , me and my friends support's LOVE THE CHILDREN FOUNDATION.we visit this orphan yearly no matter how busy we are.. i may not be there physically to support them. But they know im helping them.
Im looking forward to visit them soon this December. I want to share my blessings with them.
With more than 7,000 kids living on the streets of the Philippines.isn’t it about time to start taking care of the next generation?

Philippines, 2 May, 2008 – Although the Philippines has a relatively young market when it comes to residential broadband share, local broadband is expected to enjoy strong take-up in the near future. According to IDC's latest study, "Broadband Consumer Survey: Identifying Key Broadband User Segments in the Philippines (Doc# PH20410SP, February 2008)", more and more residential subscribers are moving away from narrowband and migrating to broadband.
From the survey, IDC identified four segments of urban consumer broadband users in the Philippines by using cluster analysis. They are Laggard Users; Entertainment and Social Fanatics; Information and Community Junkies; and, Early Adopters. Online usage by the Laggard Users is focused on basic Internet activities such as online search and accessing of personal emails; while the Entertainment and Social Fanatics go online to supplement communications within their peer systems and to further expand their social network systems. The Information and Community Junkies are characterized by their regular use of online data mining, as well as search-, research- and educational- community forums. The Early Adopters are one of the first to try new services and are also heavy users of basic online services such as online search and accessing of personal emails. Results of this study shows that nearly half of all urban broadband consumers are categorized as Entertainment and Social Fanatics. They use the Internet mainly to access emails, visit online communities, blog and make online search. As broadband migration continues, IDC anticipates more profile variations to emerge from these current classification of broadband users. "IDC encourages Service Providers (SPs) to package and position their services according to the activities and practices of these online users. Essentially, this involves the continuous effort to learn about one's customers since their needs and requirements will become more complex in time. Although it may still be some time before a shift from wireline Internet to mobile Internet becomes prevalent, other players from significant segments like hardware, software, and online content should prepare themselves for emerging opportunities. With the take-up of mobile trends, IDC expects mobile advertising, mobile social networking and mobile online search to come along in the future, " says Catherine Foronda, Market Analyst, Communications Research, IDC Philippines.
